Three Patri-family brands ran on Uber Eats from Acton for seven months at 30% commission. The historic gross sales and the commission gap to live Patri rates make the reactivation case.
From March to September 2025 the three Acton legacy brands generated £13,120 in gross customer-paid sales on Uber Eats alone, paying 30% commission (+VAT) and 7% marketing (+VAT). They worked on a dying kitchen with zero marketing investment. Reactivated on two healthy kitchens under Patri's live commission rate of ~21%, with the £35k Uber marketing package behind them, the unit economics shift dramatically. This document opens that case.
Acton's bookkeeping records net amount paid into the bank from Uber Eats each week — the figure after Uber's commission and marketing fees have been deducted. To talk about commission cost honestly we restate every figure as gross.
March 2025 — net deposits £2,584.92 (HSBC) and £1,730.39 (Zemplar), total £4,315 net → £7,761 gross.
Patri's existing Uber listings have paid commission well below the 30% Acton rate over the last 13 months. The marketplace fee line on each monthly statement, divided by gross sales, gives the effective rate Patri has actually been charged. The picture is uneven across listings but consistently below Acton.

| BLENDED · all 5 live listings | £74,468 | £15,669 | 21.04% | 13-month effective rate |
The three Acton legacy brands were paying 36% all-in commission. Patri's live Uber operation has been running at 21% blended commission. That is a 15-percentage-point gap — and the reactivation moves these brands onto Patri's existing partnership rate, not the Acton standalone rate.

| NET TO PATRI | £55.60 | £46.70 | £65.20 |

The new partnership produces the highest net Patri has ever seen on Uber. Reactivating the Acton brands at this rate gives them ~10 percentage points of additional margin versus their historical Acton economics — before the £35k marketing investment is even counted.
